Look through it on your phone and computer. Ask for changes until it's right, straight from your project page.

Approve, or walk away
Love it? Approve it and we'll send an invoice to pay by bank transfer. Not for you? Decline, and that's the end of it. No charge.

Once paid, we launch it on your domain with SSL. Then we look after it on a care plan, or hand everything over to you.

01 Do I really not pay anything until I've seen it?
Yes. We build your website first and send you a private preview link. If you love it, we send an invoice and put it live once it's paid. If it's not for you, you walk away and owe nothing. No deposit, no cancellation fee.
02 How much will my website cost?
It depends on the size of the site and what it needs to do. Our pricing page shows starting prices for each kind of site, and the price estimator gives you a rough figure in a few clicks. Before we start, we agree a fixed price for the build with you. Running costs like your domain name and SSL certificate are added on top, and we'll show you those in the quote too.
03 What's included in the price?
The design and build of your website, a mobile-friendly layout, the basics for Google, and launching it for you. Running costs aren't included: your domain name, SSL certificate (the padlock in the address bar) and anything else your site relies on are add-ons, priced separately and shown in your quote before you commit.
04 How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Once you've approved your site, we send an invoice with our bank details and a reference to use. Care plans are invoiced monthly.
05 What happens after my site is live?
It's your choice. We can look after it on a monthly care plan (hosting, backups, updates and renewals), or we hand everything over: we transfer the domain to you and give you all the files. No lock-in either way.
06 Can you make changes after my site is live?
Yes. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it before we start, based on how much work it involves. Changes aren't bundled into care plans, so you only ever pay for work you've asked for.
07 How long does it take?
Most small sites are ready to preview within one to two weeks. Online shops and custom systems take longer, and we'll give you a realistic date before we start.
08 Can I ask for changes to the preview?
Of course. Tell us what you'd like changed, straight from your project page, and we'll update the preview. Most sites go through a round or two of tweaks before they're just right.
09 Do I own my website?
Yes. Once it's paid for, the site and its content are yours. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, we'll hand over everything you need.
10 I already have a website. Can you redesign it?
Yes. We'll rebuild it to be modern, fast and mobile-friendly, keep what's already working, and move your domain over with as little downtime as possible.
11 Will my site show up on Google?
Every site we build is set up properly for search engines: page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, fast loading and a mobile-friendly design. We can set up your Google Business Profile too. Nobody can honestly promise the top spot, but you'll have the best foundation.
